Dear Families,
Welcome back to school for 2026! It's hard to believe how quickly the summer holidays flew by. I hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable break and is feeling ready for an exciting year ahead.
A special warm welcome to our new Foundation students and their families, as well as to any other students joining us this year. We're so glad to have you all here!
We are also looking forward to hosting our first campus assemblies from week 3 (Mon 9th Feb). Ambrosia campus at 9:10am and Arrowsmith campus at 2:40pm. Parents/carers are very welcome to attend.
Grade 2-6 Swimming & Games Carnival @ Mandalay
Next Friday is forecast to be nice and sunny for our swimming and games day at Mandalay. Please make sure you have read through the event information and given consent through Compass.
Meet & Greets
We have our Meet & Greet afternoons coming up in weeks 3 and 4. All families will be invited to book in for a 10 min conversation with your child’s teacher. Please look out for a Compass event notification in the coming days with booking information.
School Hats
A reminder that all students must bring and wear their school during recess and lunch time play breaks during term 1. We do have hats for sale at both campuses if you need to purchase one. If parents are unable to attend the office to purchase a hat, you are welcome to ring through to purchase one over the phone. Hats are $15 each. Students will be required to stay indoor and/or in shaded spaces if they do not have their hat.
School Dress Code (Uniform) Policy
Please make sure you and your child/ren have an understanding of our school uniform expectations. In particular, I would like to point out that students are expected to wear black school shoes and/or runners. A copy of the policy can be found on our school website.
Thank you all for a great first week back at school. Looking forward to week 2!
Yours sincerely,
Christine Cole
