Meadowglen Athletics

On Friday the 30th of August we travelled to the Meadowglen Athletics Field to compete at the district athletics. Overall we did really well taking home a couple ribbons for 1st 2nd 3rd we would like to give a shout out to the Teachers. We ran and competed very well for our school. Shoutout to Dante, 12/13 Boys Relay, Samuel, Bryles Izaiah Ace who ran very well.

By Jaxon and Ben.

The students who were selected to compete at the District Athletics should be super proud of their accomplishments. We were graced with clear blue skies for our amazing morning of competition. All of our students showed our school values throughout the day and represented the school with pride. Students were very encouraging towards their peers and  supporting them to put forward their best efforts. Thank you to the students for being organised and ready for their events as the day moved very quickly. To the students who participated please share your accomplishments with your friends and family as you should be proud, no matter where you placed.

Official results to follow when we receive them. Please be aware that students who placed 1st in their events, including the team 4x100m Relays will need to return to Meadowglen Athletics Track on the 10th of September. Families will be required to transport their students to and from the event.
