Principal's Message
Dear Families,
THANK YOU to everyone who came out and helped us celebrate the school’s 150th anniversary. We had such a fabulous day, from the morning ceremony, to getting into formation for the group drone photo and then onto the fun afternoon festivities. Please enjoy looking through some of the many photos taken on the day.
Grade 1 Excursion to Edgar’s Mission
The students and staff are heading off to Edgar’s Mission Animal Sanctuary tomorrow to enjoy a day out on a farm. Students will learn more about sustainability and looking after animals. Have a great day!
‘Step Up Day’ for all students on Tuesday 10th December
Next Tuesday, all students will be experiencing the day in their 2025 year level. This will be an opportunity for students to meet their new grade level teachers and be in their new classes. We have some new teachers joining us in 2025, who will not be present for the day, due to commitments at their current schools. All students will receive a letter on Thursday 12th outlining their 2025 class and teacher.
Please note: All current grade 2 students will spend the day at the Ambrosia campus to experience grade 3.
Grade 6 Graduation & Upcoming Events
It is almost time to say goodbye to our grade 6 students from primary school. Next Thursday evening (12th Dec) we will be holding the graduation ceremony in our school gym. On Tuesday 10th, students will get to spend the day at their 2025 secondary school and participate in a year 7 orientation program. Wednesday 18th will be the annual grade 6 excursion to Fun Fields. Lots of time for our students to celebrate togetherness in their last week of school together.
Final Curriculum Day
Next Friday we have our final curriculum day for the year. Staff will be busy preparing for 2025.

VICSWIM is back for 2025!
VICSWIM seeks to ensure that all Victorians have the opportunity to access water safety, survival and swimming programs for children, that maximise safety and attitudes ensuring confidence and the ability to enjoy aquatic environments.
The program is a low cost, 5 day intensive summer program teaching swimming and water safety to children from 4 years of age. Each program consists of 5 x 30 minute lessons starting at the same time each day throughout the week.
Program Dates for 2025:
Week 1: Monday 6 January - Friday 10 January
Week 2: Monday 13 January - Friday 17 January
Week 3: Monday 20 January - Friday 24 January

Christmas Raffle
P&F Committee are grateful and appreciate all support in the fundraising effort.

Crumbs & Co Lunch Orders
Crumbs & Co Lunch Orders last order date 19th December 2024.
At the beginning of 2025 we will be using a new canteen service and we would like to advise that lunch orders can be placed with Crumbs & Co up until the 19th of December 2024.
If you have any credit on your flexischools account please ensure it is used before the end of the school year.
We would like to say a huge thank you Crumbs & Co for supplying lunches at our school for the past year!
