Dear Families,
Farewell to our Grade 6 students
Our Graduation ceremony is taking place tonight! This is such a memorable and special event for all students and families involved. I wish them all the best for their next adventure into high school. Looking forward to celebrating with you all tonight.
Step Up Day
All our students enjoyed the opportunity to ‘Step Up’ to their 2025 year level on Tuesday to meet their new classmates and teachers. Families will receive an email notification advising of their child’s 2025 class and teacher in the coming days.
Final Week
As we move into the last week of school for the year, these days will be dedicated to packing up, cleaning up and craft activities. Students will also enjoy a class celebration Wednesday afternoon. We would love to see students getting into the festive spirit and wearing their best Christmas t-shirts and accessories from Wednesday - Friday. You may have noticed the staff members in their Christmas gear of late!
School Council
Our final meeting for the year took place early this week. I would like to thank all our School Council members for their commitment and contribution throughout the year. Any parents/carers interested in joining the School Council in 2025 are encouraged to get in contact with myself or the Office.
End of Semester Reports
All reports will be live on Compass for families to access next week. You will receive a notification when these are available to view and download.
A reminder that tomorrow we have our final curriculum day for the year. Staff will be busy planning, preparing and moving classrooms ready for 2025.
Yours sincerely,
Christine Cole

It’s been a bittersweet moment for our Dwaraka playgroup participants as they say goodbye to Kanwaljit Kaur (Sonia), while also wishing the best of luck for her school teaching journey. Sonia has been the playgroup facilitator from 2021 to 2024. With care and dedication, Sonia has run weekly playgroup sessions guiding little ones through their early learning journey. Her warmth, patience and creativity have made a lasting impact on both the children and families. While her presence will be missed at Dwaraka, we are excited to see her step into new opportunities. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours!
